Cancelations, returns, and exchanges
When you receive the product, please be sure to check it for any defects or differences from the product you ordered.
If the product is damaged/stained, or if the product is different from your order, please contact us within seven days of receipt.
Once an order is confirmed, we do not accept returns, refunds, exchanges, order cancellations, order changes (including color and size exchanges), or unilateral returns for reasons attributable to the customer (e.g., wrong size ordered, wrong order placed, product is different from what the customer imagined, long-term unavailability of recipient, or refusal to accept delivery). Please be sure to confirm the size, color, price, and quantity before completing your order. As a rule, we do not accept product returns or exchanges for customer convenience.
Please note that we also do not accept returns or exchanges in the following circumstances.
- More than eight days have passed since the product arrived at the delivery destination
- Products that have been used, altered, washed, or cleaned
- Products without accessories, care tags, product tags, warranty cards, bags, or boxes
- Products that have been damaged, scratched, or soiled by the customer
- Products with damaged packaging (bags/boxes, etc.).
Note: This does not include plastic bags and cardboard boxes used to cover products for protection.
All of the products that we handle meet Japan’s quality and inspection standards. Please note that we cannot accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as minor scratches or scuffs that are unavoidable during production, uneven coloring due to design, or individual differences in texture.
Please note that if we cancel your order in the following circumstances, you will be charged a cancellation fee of 1,000 yen, 30% of the sales price, and the shipping fee if the product has already been shipped. If we have already received payment, we will refund the amount of the payment minus the cancellation fee.
- There is a violation of the Terms of Use
- Non-delivery of the email sent to the entered email address
- It becomes clear that payment approval cannot be obtained from the credit card company or other payment service provider
- Despite delivery of the product to the address specified by the customer when the order was placed, delivery cannot be completed within the delivery company’s retention period due to reasons such as unknown address or unavailability of recipient
- There is a risk of interfering with the operation of our e-commerce business or interfering with the provision of our services

・Free for orders of 11,000 yen or more (including tax)
Outside Japan
・For orders outside of Japan, please pay the shipping fee displayed on the payment screen. (Shipping fees are calculated based on the approximate weight and the destination area)
